Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but you will keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel recurring Pro subscriptions from Tempo Kit Settings → Manage Subscription. This opens the subscription management page, powered by ExtensionPay and Stripe.
- Monthly subscriptions remain active until the end of the current monthly billing period.
- Yearly subscriptions remain active until the end of the current yearly billing period.
- Future renewals stop after cancellation.
Refunds
We generally do not provide prorated refunds for unused subscription time. Lifetime purchases are also generally final once payment is completed.
We may issue refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, or serious technical problems at our discretion. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method.
Except where required by applicable law, refunds are not provided solely because a third-party website, browser, device, operating system, or media player changes, blocks, restricts, or removes the technical capability needed for Tempo Kit to work.
Please request refund review within 14 days of the charge when possible. Stripe and your payment method may take several business days to show an approved refund after it is processed.
Billing Help
For duplicate charges, billing errors, serious technical issues, or trouble accessing the subscription management page, email crescendocompanion@gmail.com with the email address used for your purchase.
Include the purchase email, approximate charge date, plan type, and a short description of the issue so we can locate the ExtensionPay/Stripe transaction.
If a refund is approved, Pro access may be deactivated and your account may return to the free plan.
